The role of a drilling associate is physically demanding and requires working in all weather conditions. You should be fit, enjoy working outdoors, and have manual labor experience.
Key Requirements:
* You must hold a valid HR-B drivers' license or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
* National Police Clearance within 12 months.
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (HLTAID009 & HLTAID011).
You must be an Australian or New Zealand resident to apply due to government traineeship requirements. FIFO from any capital city in Australia, with induction in Perth, WA. Physically fit with manual laboring experience for 12-hour shifts in remote, harsh conditions.

Duties of a Drilling Associate:
* Mobilizing the rig from one set-up to another.
* Handling core, removing from tube, placing in core boxes, and labelling the box.
* Handling drilling rods and core tubes.
* Mixing drill fluid additives.
* Cleaning equipment and keeping the work area clean.
* Assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.
