We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join Hicksons|Hunt &Hunt|Holman Webb in the Commercial Recovery and Insolvency team. WHAT YOU BRING
* Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a practice group
* Filing documents with courts, including the NSW Online Registry, Federal Court and Victorian courts
* Opening and establishing new files in accordance with firm procedures
* Managing monthly billing requirements and supporting the billing process
* Preparing and producing documents, including drafting correspondence, formatting reports, and making edits as required
* End‐to‐end file management, including opening, maintaining and closing files and managing related databases
* Building and maintaining key relationships, including liaising with clients in a professional and timely manner
