We invite newly graduated enrolled nurses to participate in a comprehensive 12-month program at Western District Health Service.
About the Role
The primary goal of the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is to provide structured support in the clinical environment for transferring existing knowledge into quality patient outcomes and developing further expertise and skills to progress with independent learning and practice.
The program will offer an excellent foundation for future career advancement by providing participants with the opportunity to develop clinical and leadership skills in rotations throughout the organisation, while being supported by experienced preceptors, Practice Development Nurses, and the Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator.
