4-month non-ongoing with a Federal government department as an APS4 Citizenship Helpdesk Officer

This role is all encompassing and includes working as part of a team within the Helpdesk in the Operations Section. The position is responsible for providing a range of helpdesk support services to assist activities as directed and relevant. Some duties include but not limited to:
- Respond to status verification and Verification Service requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to requests to amend client records
- Respond to simple status assessment requests
- Respond to Helpdesk calls as required.
- Assist officers with system access requests and system issues.
- Generate, distribute and mark paper tests
- Review and provide feedback on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Supporting Material (SM) as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Department and / or in a similar position. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) as well as be willing to undertake an Employment Suitability Screening (ESC) which is specific to the Department.
