Trainee Operator
Earn while you learn in a supportive team environment, undertaking hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognized qualification. As a Trainee Operator, you will be responsible for performing operational activities associated with the provision of agriculture, horticulture, and recreational services at our Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mentorship in a collaborative team setting;
* SUCCESSFUL completion of a Certificate level qualification – nationally recognized;
* Opportunities for skill development in equipment operation, including varied plant operations;
To excel in this role, you must be eligible and willing to undertake a Traineeship towards attaining a Certificate III in Agriculture. A current driver's license (P1 & P2 is acceptable), strong communication skills (both verbal and written), experience working effectively in a team environment, and the ability to problem-solve and take initiative with a positive attitude are essential requirements.
