Reporting into the Principal Lifecycle Marketer and working in close partnership with our new Head of Marketing and Growth, this role is instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact lifecycle programs that accelerate onboarding, deepen engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.You’ll plan, build, and optimise automated communications across email, push, and in-app channels—turning insights into journeys that convert, retain, and win back our customers. You’re equally at home designing a CRM strategy as you are inside a marketing automation platform or spreadsheet.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look LikeDesign, launch, and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns that guide players through onboarding, conversion, and re-engagement stagesCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data teams to develop targeted, personalised, and experiment-driven communicationsManage segmentation, dynamic content, and triggers within the CRM and marketing technology stackBuild and execute A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to continuously improve campaign performanceSupport the evolution of lifecycle measurement frameworks and KPIs alongside the Head of Growth and Principal Lifecycle MarketerAnalyse campaign data to recommend and implement enhancements that drive retention and increase customer lifetime valueWhat You’ll Be Able to Bring to the Role2 to 4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably within digital product or eCommerce environmentsProficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, or similar toolsStrong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and behavioural triggersAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrating both creativity and analytical skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and use insights to optimise campaigns and prioritise actionsExperience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data, to deliver personalised and targeted communicationsFamiliarity with running A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve campaign performanceExperience working in regulated, high-integrity, or high-trust industries such as fintech, healthtech, gaming, or insurance is advantageousExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within lifecycle marketing initiativesSalary Banding: $110,000 – $125,000+Super per annumOur Ways of WorkingAt Jumbo, we value balance and flexibility.
