We are currently seeking Primary Classroom Teachers to join our team. As a teacher with Catholic Education Sandhurst, you will play a vital role in developing a stimulating learning environment that caters for individual learning needs and supports the Catholic ethos, traditions, and practices.
Responsibilities
* Contemporary Teaching: Implement high-quality teaching strategies, monitor student attendance and performance, and understand state and national course requirements.
* Pastoral Care and Child Safety: Apply child-safe policies, provide a safe environment for students, and demonstrate duty of care for student physical and mental well-being.
* Curriculum Development: Plan, develop, review, and evaluate curriculum according to subject areas and year level.
* Professional Development: Maintain current knowledge of curriculum initiatives, stay up-to-date with information from relevant authorities, and continue development of ICT skills.
* Co-curricular Involvement: Support and participate in co-curricular programs, encourage students to participate, and act as a role model.
* General and Administrative Duties: Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment, comply with administrative duties, and attend relevant meetings.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* At least 2 years of primary school teaching experience.
* A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent teaching qualifications.
* Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards such accreditation).
