About the Centre
Milestones Meridan Plains is a nurturing, supportive childcare centre focusing on child safety, development, and strong community connections. It offers lovely outdoor environments and a warm team culture. We use Storypark for updates, and safety supervision is a top priority. The centre supports ongoing training and development for leadership roles to ensure high-quality childcare.
For this ACM role, the ability to support both educational leadership and operational and safety supervisor functions is crucial, aligning with the centre's goals of providing a caring, high-quality learning environment for children and families.
About the Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy.
Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experience achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
