What You'll bring to the role:
* At least 3+ years managing your own portfolio
* Exceptional communication, organisational and problem‐solving skills
* A proactive, client‐focused mindset and the ability to thrive and leverage our support through delegation
* Working collaboratively within a high‐performing team environment
* Strong knowledge of WA tenancy laws and regulations
* Complete day‐to‐day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing outstanding client service
* Working closely with our business development team members to onboard new managements
* A current WA Property Management registration and driver's licence
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
