Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) is passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and enhancing the financial well‑being of regional communities. You’ll manage a client base spanning diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full banking solutions for customers across Gippsland and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, build strong relationships, gain an in‑depth understanding of their individual needs, retain current business while identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
- Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk‑management responsibilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business
- Highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
- Thrive in cooperative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
- Comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding drivers of cash‑flow
