What your day might look like

* Ascertaining data for review of client investment portfolios.
* Report writing of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents including investment recommendations with a focus on structure and strategy.
* Assist in implementation of changes to portfolios following regular review process.
* Update and maintain client data in Xplan.
* Attend to time recording and costing requirements as part of firm's time costing system.
* Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within time restraints.
* Prepare & lodge OFA/FDS/Fee consent applications, ensuring all administrative compliance requirements are met.
* Be pro‐active when dealing with clients by phone or in person, in order to build the client's trust and confidence in William Buck Wealth Advisors.
* Background preparation for Partners and Advisors in meetings and account management.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Relevant degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, or currently pursuing studies in these areas.
* Sound understanding of Financial Services (essential).
* 2+ years' working in a similar position, where providing administrative support was your primary function (essential)
* Client‐focused, with a passion for providing exceptional service.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Proficiency using XPlan software.
* Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
