We’re seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join a dedicated team working on regional road infrastructure projects in Narrandera. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills and licenses to step into a reliable role with a high potential for extension.

Location: Narrandera, NSW
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (with strong likelihood of extension)
Hours: 8.5-hour days | 9-day fortnight
Mandatory Requirements
- White Card
- WOF (Working on Foot)
- HC Licence or above
- Dangerous Goods Licence
- Police check (arranged by Chandler Macleod)
Desirable (or willing to obtain)
- Traffic Controller (TC) ticket
Key Responsibilities
- Operate truck-mounted bitumen spray plant safely and efficiently
- Perform a range of manual tasks using powered and non-powered tools
- Conduct safety checks and basic maintenance on plant equipment
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Solve routine problems and elevate complex issues as needed
- Lead small teams and support team development
- Follow WHS and environmental procedures to ensure safe and compliant work practices
- Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications
