Installer
Avisual manages both the Event Production and Installation segments. We need an installer to manage a tech crew on ground for installation jobs across hospitality venues, schools, shopping centres and sports fields, and to upgrade and install equipment for hotel and venue contracts.
* Plan and manage jobs with the Sales and Installations Manager.
* Schedule crew and techs for each job.
* Liaise with site contacts to ensure smooth installation.
* Manage techs to ensure quality and attention to detail.
* Log equipment that needs replacement.
* Perform equipment maintenance schedules.
Venue Sales Executive
Avisual Productions manages in‐house audio for multiple venues and seeks a Venue Sales Executive to partner with venues across Sydney & QLD.
* Quote and liaise with clients and venue management.
* Assist with site inspections when required.
* Draw customized floorplans (Visio experience highly regarded).
* Follow up with clients to maintain pipeline of events.
* Upsell where appropriate to maximize revenue.
* Maintain CRM with up‐to‐date client details and notes.
* Enter quotes and operational data into our custom system.
* Report venue knowledge and staff movements to the Sales Team.
* Maintain forecast reports and budgeting information.
* Follow up with clients after events to secure repeat business.
