We are looking for a Manager, Business Enablement to join us on a permanent basis in our business banking function. Reporting directly to the Head of Assurance & Optimisation, this role will work closely with business unit heads to deliver initiatives as part of our risk programmes. This will include reviewing existing processes to uplift based on the issue prioritisation of the workstreams and group policy changes, being a key conduit to collaboration with transformational business areas to ensure uplift is aligned with the strategic roadmap. You will evaluate the change impact with all risk programme initiatives, further determining the plan and considerations that need to be adopted to bring us to compliance.

**About you**
This is an exciting role where we are open to various types of experience! What's important to us is your comfortability to dig into a piece of work and collaborate with numerous stakeholders. You have a creative and analytical mindset that seeks to always think outside of the box. You aren't afraid to ask questions, be objective or get involved in design and delivery elements of a change.
Ideally, you will have the ability to look at a problem statement and propose solutions/socialise and obtain endorsement that is fit for purpose across business bank and be aware that the expectation is to design and deliver on the agreed approach with the right engagement involved from other key areas (such as training, comms, compliance and operations etc.). Exposure to business bank processes is highly regarded, however not essential.
We operate in a highly regulated, quick-paced environment so we are seeking a strategic thinker who can problem-solve in a variety of situations and timeframes. This will require you to have sound judgement in decision making and strong communication skills, supported by the ability to consider commercial outcomes. Your time management skills will always be displayed, where you are organised and hold the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
