About the Role A major multi-faceted pub in Sydney's fast-growing south-west is seeking a commercially minded Head of Sales & Events. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all incoming event enquiries, business development, and the end-to-end execution of weddings, social functions, and corporate events. You'll bring structure, drive growth, and lead a small high-performing team within a venue that is positioning itself as the area's leading hospitality precinct. About You The ideal candidate brings high-level functions and events experience within a large pub or similar high-volume venue, along with the ability to drive revenue, manage a team, and convert incoming leads.
