About the Role
OneStep Group is seeking an experienced Network Communications Consultant to join our Engineering & Managed Services team on a three-month temporary contract covering a period of leave within an established pre-sales capability. This is a hands‐on opportunity to work alongside our sales and engineering teams, helping customers navigate complex telecommunications and network solutions across enterprise and government environments.
Responsibilities
* Design and recommend Telstra network and telecommunications solutions
* Support customer solution development and technical qualification activities
* Build relationships with Telstra Client Partners and Sales Specialists
* Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare customer proposals
* Support Telstra quoting, ordering and activation processes
* Deliver customer presentations, workshops and solution documentation
* Work with sales teams to identify, develop and close opportunities
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Telstra products, services and processes
* Experience with Telstra quoting, ordering and activation activities
* Telecommunications, networking or solution consulting experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
* Experience working within Telstra or a Telstra Partner environment
* Existing relationships within the Telstra ecosystem
* Experience supporting enterprise or government customers
* Relevant telecommunications or networking certifications
