Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow (SNOW) Tester to validate and ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test strategies, executing manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to ServiceNow implementations.
* Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Validate ServiceNow modules such as:
o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
o ITOM
o ITAM
o HRSD
o CSM
o Service Portal
Preferred Skills
* Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
* Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
* ServiceNow Administration or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Exposure to performance and security testing.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
* Experience in Manual Testing and QA methodologies.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.
* Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow forms, workflows, catalog items, and business rules.
* Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and integration testing.
* Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
