We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-trade capabilities, including carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, and concreting.
Job Description
This hands-on role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of small works and responsive maintenance across residential properties. Key responsibilities include:
* Actioning work orders, making safes, and urgent repairs with photographic before/after proof and clear notes in the app
* Patching, painting, doors/hardware, skirting/architraves, tiling regrouting/silicone, basic cabinetry fixes, minor concreting, glazing swaps, etc.
* Delivering neat, durable outcomes that reduce call-backs (first-time-fix mindset)
* Scheduling & Admin: Receiving jobs via our system, confirming ETAs, ordering small materials, closing out with photos, labour & materials logged accurately
* Trade Coordination (when needed): Identifying when a licensed trade is required (plumbing/electrical)
* Booking approved subbies and verifying completion to scope
* Site Safety & Compliance: Following SWMS/WHS, protecting surfaces, leaving sites spotless, and keeping tenants/owners informed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Multitrade capability: Carpentry, patching/painting, tiling/silicone, basic concreting, general maintenance
* Speed + standards: You move quickly without cutting corners
* Systems-friendly: Comfortable using job apps for scheduling, notes, photos, and invoicing inputs
* Communication: Clear, polite updates to tenants, PMs, and owners
* Problem solving: If it's broken—you fix it; if it needs a specialist—you line it up
