Administration Officer

Action Workforce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities while contributing to the achievement of organisational goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities within designated timeframes while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams.
* Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
* Manage and monitor company assets within the area of responsibility.
* Assist with payroll and accounts administration functions as required.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Ensure all company procedures, administration requirements, and finance business rules are followed.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team objectives.
* Perform general office administration duties as required.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
* Experience working within a corporate or professional office environment.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Certificate IV in Business Administration, Office Administration, or equivalent experience (desirable).
