We are growing and looking for motivated candidates to join our Spare Parts team across our Welshpool (Perth) and Oxley (Brisbane) branches.
Key Responsibilities (depending on role)
* Picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts accurately and efficiently
* Interpreting parts requirements and providing correct solutions
* Preparing quotes, processing orders, and invoicing using ERP/DMS systems
* Assisting customers over the counter, via phone, and email
* Maintaining and developing customer relationships
* Supporting workshop and external customers with parts enquiries
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
What we're looking for
* Experience in heavy vehicle, truck, or bus parts (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Team player with a proactive attitude
