Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? As part of our growth, Boandik is currently seeking experienced Administration Support team members to join us, based in Mount Gambier.

Boandik is one of the largest Residential Aged Care and Community Care providers in the Limestone Coast, employing over 500 staff. Our Administration Services Team interacts with staff, management, visitors, and, most importantly, residents.

The ideal candidate(s) will be committed to helping and supporting people and possess essential traits including reliability, a positive attitude, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, and diligence to excel in this role.

About the role:

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, you’ll thrive in a busy fast-paced environment covering the reception team, document control and general administration duties.

Experienced in administration, reception or customer service, you will have the opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

About You:

- Experience in administrative roles within health, community or other care or service-oriented sectors (highly regarded).

- Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our residents and community participants.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to use database and procurement systems for booking, reporting, and administration purposes.

- Proficient computer skills using the Google and/or Microsoft suite of programs and the ability to use various in-house databases and other software applications.

- Excel in fast-paced admin/customer service/reception roles.

- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and relationship building.

- Efficiently multitask and adapt to changing high-volume environments.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team environment.
