Join the dynamic customer service team at Aquatic Leisure Technologies as a Customer Liaison Officer. In this full-time position based in Jandakot, WA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. Your empathetic and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Role:
What will your typical day look like?
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies
* Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, seeking to find mutually beneficial solutions
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the leisure or retail industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
