Parts & Customer Service Representative/Internal Sales
Clutch & Brake Australia is a well-established Australian business specialising in industrial clutch, brake and power transmission solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our WA branch.
This role would suit someone with experience in Parts Interpreting, Internal Sales, Trade Counter Sales, Customer Service or Warehousing who enjoys helping customers and finding solutions.
About the Role
Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers via phone, email and over the counter
* Processing quotes, orders and customer enquiries
* Identifying and sourcing products and parts
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Supporting warehouse and dispatch activities when required
* Maintaining accurate records and inventory information
* Working closely with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service
About You
We're more interested in attitude and customer service skills than having the perfect background.
You may have experience in:
* Parts Interpreting
* Internal Sales
* Trade Counter Sales
* Automotive, Industrial or Mechanical industries
* Warehousing and Stores
* Customer Service in a B2B environment
To be successful you will have:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good computer skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Mechanical, automotive or industrial knowledge is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided.
