Support Worker in Adolescent Care
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to adolescents who cannot live with their families.
Your role will involve building strong relationships with young people, following established routines, and assisting them in daily activities such as transportation, education, and personal care.
You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to develop and implement individualized plans for each young person's growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A current Working with Children Check
* A current First Aid Certificate
* A National Police Check
* An International Police Check
* A current driver's licence
* The willingness to participate in a Worker/Carer Exclusion Scheme Check
* A current NDIS Worker Check
In addition, we require a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or a recognised equivalent. Your ability to provide trauma-informed care and work effectively in residential settings is essential.
