URGENT HIRING - Community/Disability Support Worker
Availability:
* MUST BE OPEN TO ACCEPT 2 HOUR SERVICES.
* Must be flexible from Monday to Friday.
* Potentially 5 days a week.
Requirements
* Fluent in English.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high‐care skills.
* Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
About The Role
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
Responsibilities
* Intensive, flexible, and responsive client‐focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
* Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
* Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
* Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
* Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
* Willing to be on‐call and travel to different areas.
