This well-established Rehabilitation Provider is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join their professional, warm and welcoming Return-to-Work team in Wollongong. With a focus on assisting your clients to re-gain their purpose and identity, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders as you facilitate their return to meaningful workplace occupations. In your role, you will be supported and encouraged to develop goals for yourself in terms of what you are seeking in your career. If you are eager to progress into a subject matter expert, into leadership or other areas, you will receive the training and support to see you achieve your own goals.

The Role:
* Return to work case management for injured parties
* Management of psychological claims
* A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments

You:
* You will be a tertiary qualified in Psychology (full registration or provisional) or Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with RCAA or ASORC)
* Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
* The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.
* Good written and administration skills
* Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
