Your Role
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across sales, management, leadership and support roles
Source, screen, interview and assess candidates using leading recruitment platforms, sourcing tools and hiring technologies
Build talent pipelines and support future workforce planning
Improve hiring processes, scorecards, systems and recruitment standards
Partner with leaders on people‑related matters including performance, accountability and difficult conversations
Help strengthen and evolve company culture, values and team standards
Support onboarding, employee engagement and people development initiatives
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on organisational planning, hiring strategy and future capability needs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting high‑performing salespeople, managers and leadership positions
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent quickly
Experience working within retail, premium retail, hospitality or customer‑facing businesses
Highly confident using recruitment technology including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and hiring tools
Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
Comfortable having difficult conversations and addressing people issues professionally
Organised, proactive and highly accountable
Able to build trust with both leadership and frontline team members
Passionate about building high‑performance cultures and great teams
Ideal Experience
Retail, luxury retail, hospitality or multi‑site business experience
Experience building recruitment systems and hiring processes
Exposure to HR, People & Culture or employee relations
Experience supporting growing businesses through periods of change and expansion
