Qualifications & experience
* Proficiency in automotive management software and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* The Understanding and ability to book in customers and allocate the jobs.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record‐keeping.
* Basic understanding of automotive terminology and repair procedures.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must have automotive knowledge.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Greet customers or review incoming service orders submitted via phone, email, or in‐person.
* Verify and document vehicle details, including make, model, year, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
* Identify and record the customer's service needs and concerns, ensuring all information is accurately captured.
* Generate and assign work to mechanics and tow truck drivers based on their availability.
* Assist with filing and organizing service records, invoices, and customer correspondence.
