We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our construction team based in Bunbury, WA. As a full-time member of the PSA Construction Pty Ltd team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality building projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures on construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to required dimensions.
Assemble and install wooden frameworks, floors, walls, and roofs.
Perform finish work such as installing doors, windows, cabinets, and trim.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Comply with all safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
What we're looking for
Completed apprenticeship or formal trade qualification in Carpentry.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Carpenter in a commercial or residential construction environment.
Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
Proficient with a range of hand and power tools used in the carpentry trade.
Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
