Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a Campaign Manager to take our Brand Partnerships to new heights. Work with the biggest brands and agencies who engage us to create unique and bespoke campaigns across all our social platforms, live events and merchandising. Reporting to the COO initially, the key priority of the Campaign Manager is to manage the development and delivery of campaigns, programs and content ensuring alignment to objectives and brand guidelines.
This will involve end-to-end campaign management, from pitching and ideation to wrap up and reporting. You will work closely with the Production House, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to deliver successful campaigns. You will develop and refine processes and systems to make campaign delivery as seamless as possible. You will also work across initiatives that support the strategic direction of brand and commercial partnerships, media, events and activations.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for campaign management and execution, project timelines, budgets and resources
* Lead project management of campaign deliverables and milestones ensuring up-to-date tracking of deliverables and deadlines by using internal systems and CRMs effectively
* Be the point person for clients, developing and maintaining strong, long‐lasting client relationships
* Lead and manage multiple client accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Be on‐shoot to ensure filming is meeting brand guidelines and campaign deliverables
* Maintain a sustainable campaign calendar, coordinating projects to maximise output and avoid production house bottlenecks
* Support campaign development by fielding inbound partnership opportunities and assisting with campaign ideation, preparing and presenting proposals and planning
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully deliver campaigns and meet client objectives
* Collate data and prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance, analysing outcomes, identifying trends and generating actionable insights
* Assist with creation of brand partnership assets including deck templates, key imagery and art, media kits, brand guidelines and more
* Stay up‐to‐date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into client strategies
* Assist with other marketing campaigns and duties and brand/commercial partnership projects as required
* Work with relevant industry bodies like AiMCO to continue establishing Spawnpoint Media as a leader within the space by maintaining industry standards, contributing to working groups, and representing Spawnpoint Media at relevant events.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to position Spawnpoint Media as a global leader in creator‐led content, via LinkedIn, media, awards, conferences, and other relevant opportunities.
* Work with both internal and external teams internationally to deliver campaigns across multiple timezones
* Contributing to, or updating, team documentation to continuously improve processes, delivery efficiencies and safeguards.
Requirements
* Min 3 years of experience in account or campaign management within a social, digital, production, or creative agency
* Experience working on influencer and creator campaigns (gaming and youtube experience highly regarded)
* Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts
* Strong understanding of social content, digital marketing, brand strategy, and creative services
* Experience or understanding of a media/ad sales environment is beneficial
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong project management, organisational and reporting abilities utilising project management software and analytics platforms
* Ability to think strategically and translate client needs into effective solutions
* Proactive problem‐solver with a keen eye for detail
