* Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
* Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients
We are looking for applicants that possess the following skills:
* Either specific recruitment experience or exposure to sales, accounting/finance, or HR fields.
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate a growth mindset, thrive on building relationships and achieving goals
* Have the ability to work in a process and target driven environment
* Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
