Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities.
We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaner to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland's national portfolio.
What You'll Do
* Perform routine cleaning of facilities, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
* Clean and sanitise high‐touch areas and replenish supplies as needed
* Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with safety guidelines
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues
* Follow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in cleaning roles across commercial, residential, or similar environments
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Knowledge of safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
* Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices
* Good time‐management skills and ability to work independently
* Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required
Required Checks
* Must have a Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
* Prepared to undertake necessary pre‐employment checks including a National Police Check and medical assessment
