Speech Pathologist Role

You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote improved communication skills and outcomes for young people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality individual, universal and systemic consultation, assessment, and intervention services
* Providing specialist advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding the care and support of young people with complex communication needs
* Building the capability of the operational workforce to understand and manage communication needs
* Designing and delivering training programs to increase the skills and knowledge of the broader workforce
* Working closely with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will also need to have a sound understanding of the principles of speech pathology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
