Description:
* The General Medical ward comprises 30 beds, including a Close Observation unit for patients requiring a higher level of care.
* Medical services are provided by ward-based doctors and VMO's, including local General Practitioners who have admitting rights.
* Patients with private health insurance can select any available Doctor for admission. A General Physician and a Gerontologist are also present.
