We arecurrently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nursefor our Bethanie Peel site, to provide clinicalsupport to the team located in the South West,Bunbury.
As anEnrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and casemanagement. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing andcare / support staff will also be part of your role.
This roleis offered on aPart-time basis.
Thesuccessful candidate must be available to work thefollowing shift pattern:
Week 1:Monday 14:15 – 22:30 & Tuesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday 22:15 –06:15
Week 2:Tuesday 14:15 – 22:30 & Thursday 22:15 – 06:15
About You
* Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
* Previous experience inan aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage,but is not essential
* Ability to workindependently and professionally
* Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work environment
* Strongwritten and verbal communication skills and ability toconfidently use clinical information systems
* Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
* Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations
* Current NDIS WorkerScreening Check.
The Role
* Carrying out personalcare plans in consultation with and under the supervision of aRegistered Nurse
* Consulting with aRegistered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
* Assisting in assessingresidents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and inaccordance with company requirements
* Contributing to thephysical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants ofresidents
* Communicatingeffectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing toteamwork within the workplace
* Participating inongoing learning and development, both individually and as partof a larger team
