Senior Software Engineer – Contact Centre Transformation

About the role:
Our client is seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
experienced in the
Contact Centre
domain to contribute to a hybrid cloud transformation initiative. You will help modernise legacy on-premise platforms and integrate cutting-edge
AI-powered voice
and
real-time summarisation
solutions into customer engagement workflows. You will collaborate closely with voice engineering, IVR, data insight teams, and AI enablement squads to build secure, scalable, and intuitive voice/contact experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
.NET Core/GRPC services
integrated with SAS and voice pipelines
Deliver
AI-driven speech analytics, transcription, and real-time summaries
Integrate legacy on-prem systems into hybrid cloud environments
Develop secure
web UI components (HTML/CSS/JS, OAuth)
Support
voice biometrics, SIPREC traffic, and orchestration platforms
Contribute to architecture decisions and secure delivery practices
Required Skills & Experience
Strong backend expertise in
.NET Core/C#
Experience with
GRPC microservices, SIPREC/IVR telephony, hybrid cloud integrations
UI integration with
HTML/CSS/JS and secure embedding
Government project exposure;
Baseline clearance (or eligible)
Familiarity with
SAS analytics/speech solutions
Nice to Have
NV1 clearance
or willingness to uplift
CX platform knowledge
Containerisation with
Podman/Docker
Experience in agile/digital squad environments
Tech Stack:
