We're looking for a dynamic Category Insights Manager with a passion for translating data into actionable strategies, challenges into opportunities and aspirations into realities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a client portfolio of major FMCGs
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels – buyers, sales, marketing and category leaders
* Dive into data (shopper survey data) to tackle a mixture of customised briefs and syndicated reporting
* Uncover critical insights to drive category planning
* Deliver high-end reports and presentations
* Facilitate dynamic workshops with highly engaged manufactures and retailers to push insights into action
* Develop your reputation as a specialist in the FMCG/Category Insights

Experience Criteria:
This is an opportunity for a insights specialist with 2/3+ years of experience, ready for a bright new role with great clients, team and problems to solve.
* Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Retail sectors is highly desirable
* Experience in Shopper/Category research is highly sought after, or alternatively, in market research or data intelligence where data is leveraged to drive strategy
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships effortlessly
* Experience of survey data ideal (market research profile)
* Experience of using POS, loyalty, panel data highly regarded
* Passionate about FMCG trends and innovation
* Self-driven, yet capable of supporting and inspiring a team to achieve success
