Our client is a well-established WA business operating across mining, construction and project delivery is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its people function during an exciting period of growth. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the full HR function while partnering closely with operational leaders across both corporate and site-based teams. You’ll play a key role in building scalable people processes, driving employee engagement and ensuring the business continues to attract and retain top talent. The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee all facets of HR including: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding Employee relations, grievances and workplace investigations Performance management and coaching leaders through people matters HR compliance across Fair Work legislation, awards and policies Payroll oversight, remuneration reviews and benefits administration Workers compensation and injury management Training, development and succession planning initiatives Workforce planning and retention strategies Continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and processes You’ll also lead a small HR/Recruitment team and play a critical role in supporting a workforce that operates across both metro and remote project environments. About You We’re looking for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys operating in fast-paced, blue-collar environments and can confidently partner with operational teams. You will bring: Previous experience in a senior HR role within mining, construction, engineering or related industries Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards and employment law Experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations Exposure to payroll oversight and workers compensation management Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused approach Why Apply?
