About the Role
* Operating and monitoring production and milling equipment
* Preparing and loading raw materials for production
* Conducting regular quality checks and recording production data
* Assisting with product sampling, packing, and dispatch
* Performing general cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas
* Following safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe workplace
What We're Looking For
* Experience in production, manufacturing, agriculture, or mill operations (preferred but not essential)
* A current Forklift Licence desired
* Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
* Reliable, self‑motivated, and willing to learn
* Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
* Able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
