Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for the entire range of equipment.
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and attending relevant industry events & tradeshows.
* Address any sales-related issues or challenges, finding solutions to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a current in-depth understanding of the machinery product line to effectively communicate its features and benefits to customers.
* Remain up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
* Prepare quotations using templates and guidelines.
* Use, update and maintain the current CRM system to track quotes and communication with customers.
* Enhance strategic partnership relationships with key international OEM partners and principals.
* Prepare monthly planned activities in consultation with the National Sales Manager and Director.

Tertiary (Engineering, Sales or Business) or Trade Qualifications are desirable. General competency with MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required.
Ideally, you will demonstrate impressive sales success and technical competence within either food & beverage capital equipment, raw materials handling, perishable or hygienic product manufacturing, process or industrial automation or packaging applications.
You will possess a full & current driver's license.
