Role Overview
This is a highly challenging and dynamic role where you will play a vital part in our logistics operations team. As a skilled Fuel Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that fuel deliveries are managed effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and Manage Delivery Schedules
* Talk to drivers and the team to maintain smooth operations
* Order fuel and verify details before loading
* Update colleagues and other departments on delivery status
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and issues promptly
* Remain calm in emergency situations
* Be flexible and take on additional tasks to support the team's workload
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working with technology, and have basic knowledge of UK geography for efficient delivery planning.
Additional requirements include experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service; the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment; and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (training provided).
