Job Description
As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational strategies that promote learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood or an equivalent qualification. You will also need to have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Additionally, you will require a current Queensland Working with Children Check.
