Support Role Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential services to older Australians in a community-based setting. This role involves household cleaning, transportation, and medication assistance, fostering meaningful connections with clients.

* Provide daily living support to clients by assisting with personal care tasks, managing medication regimens, and accompanying them on outings.
* Contribute to household maintenance by performing light housekeeping duties, doing laundry, and organizing living spaces.
* Develop strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and respect for their autonomy.
* Previous experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
* Able to work independently while also being a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Flexible availability for various shifts to accommodate client needs.
