Job Description
Develop and execute industrial business plans across various industries
Promote and sell industrial products including motor control, drives, and final distribution
Build long-term relationships with industrial electricians, OEMs, and end users
Support staff and customer training initiatives
Collaborate with branch managers on marketing and stock strategies
Identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance
Conduct regular customer and branch meetings
Maintain accurate reporting and uphold safety standards
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in industrial electrical sales or technical support
Strong understanding of motor control, drives, and distribution products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working autonomously and in the field
Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
Familiar with CRM systems and Office 365
Holds a valid driver's licence
