What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, delivering recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles – sourcing, interviewing, and placing top‑tier candidates.
Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Business Development: Proactively seek new opportunities and grow NES Fircroft’s reputation in your sector.
Candidate Management: Engage with high‑quality candidates, build a strong talent pool, and ensure a seamless experience.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, helping them grow in their recruitment careers.
What We’re Looking For:
Contract Recruitment Experience: Proven background in contract recruitment (agency environment).
Industry Expertise: Experience in Mining or Power & Energy Generation.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop long‑term client partnerships.
Self‑Starter: Motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
Team Player: Collaborative and supportive mindset.
Excellent Communicator: Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Business Development: Comfortable growing client networks and driving new business.
