About The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the construction of new homes, ensuring every detail aligns with plans, codes, and Burbank’s high standards. You’ll coordinate trades, manage timelines, and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers. From site safety to quality assurance, you’ll be the driving force behind successful builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety legislation
* Interpret building plans and codes to guide progress and quality
* Coordinate trades and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and execution
* Maintain accurate documentation in ClickHome and My Place
* Conduct mandatory inspections and quality checks at each stage
* Communicate clearly with customers, providing weekly updates and managing expectations
* Monitor budgets, extensions of time, and site costs
* Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work sites
What You’ll Bring
