* Delivering EDMs, website content, blogs, articles, event communications and campaign assets.
* Developing and maintaining content strategies and calendars for digital communications and publications.
* Coordinating design, video and photography briefs and working with creative suppliers.
* Reporting on content performance, using analytics to guide future decisions.
* Leading the creation of key publications including Connect, Woof, Pupstars and In The Loop.

Skills and experience:

You're a natural storyteller with strong digital instincts, someone who can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on creation with ease. You will also bring:

* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar.
* 5+ years' experience in digital content, communications, or marketing, ideally in the NFP, disability, health or community sector.
* Proven experience producing and publishing high-quality digital content across social, web, email and print.
* Strong writing, editing and narrative development skills with a human-centred approach.
* Practical experience capturing and producing video content (short or long-form).
* Ability to create accessible content aligned with WCAG standards.
* Experience using Canva, Hootsuite, CMS (WordPress), MailChimp and analytics tools.
* Excellent organisation, time management and project coordination skills.
* A passion for using your craft to make a real, meaningful social impact.

What we can offer you:

* Flexible work arrangements
* Salary package up to $15,900 per annum to increase your take home pay plus $2,650 per annum for meals and entertainment (accommodation)
* A supportive, collaborative team environment
* Ongoing professional development
* Flexibility for work life balance
