* Passionate about patient care and customer service
* Preferably has strong retail experience
* Ability to quickly develop great product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
* A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm, and passion
* Flexible with working hours to accommodate fluctuating business needs, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade
* Effective communication skills with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers
