About The Role
This is a full-time position to cover a period of Maternity leave until 27 April 2027.
The role of the Service Manager, MMHC Campbelltown is to provide leadership to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient, effective, safe and high-quality management and clinical service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines. This position leads the team and delivery of the program on a day-to-day basis.
The service will operate seven days a week and candidates should be flexible and available to work on a rostered basis, including on weekends and outside of normal business hours, as needed.

Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Medicare Mental Health Centre Campbelltown, ensuring efficient, safe and high-quality clinical and psychosocial service delivery aligned with the Medicare Mental Health Model.
* Manage, support and develop the service team, driving continuous improvement and monitoring performance to meet program outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated, integrated service delivery.
* Provide organisational leadership in line with the GPH Leadership Framework, ensuring practice aligns with professional standards and best-practice guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualifications as an allied mental health professional (e.g., psychologist, mental health social worker, mental health occupational therapist, Mental Health Nurse) and current registration with the relevant credentialling body such as AHPRA, AASW or relevant skills, qualifications and experience in mental health services and health services management.
* Previous experience in health, mental health, or community service management roles.
* Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team including planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance, ensuring role clarity and accountability and facilitating collaboration.
* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes.
