Responsibilities
Planning and coordinating marketing strategies to support the growth of Lady Lash Australia
Coordinating the production of marketing materials including social media material email marketing campaigns and the company website
Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites
Monitor campaign performance to guide future marketing decisions
Conducting market research to support campaign planning, product launches and competitor analysis
Identifying updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics
Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns including but not limited to loyalty and referral programs and promotional campaigns
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications
Social media marketing and digital advertising experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry
Technical skills such as email marketing and automation, CFRM and SEO is highly desirable
